About The

Author

Buddy had a paper route at the age of 14 and hasn’t stopped hustling since. After graduating college, he worked as a mortgage banker for several years. He has worked as a Manufacturer’s Representative traveling throughout the US for the past 30 years helping his clients succeed. Before leaving Nashville for the sunny shores of Florida in 2006, Buddy had success in real estate flipping houses, but he now enjoys his active semi-retirement in central Florida while serving as the Chief Operating Officer of a distinguished law firm in Bartow, Florida.

Buddy hails from a family full of educators. His three sisters were all teachers or librarians. His father was a college chemistry professor and textbook author. His mother operated the college campus bookstore. Buddy has been a dance teacher since he moved to Florida, first for the Lifelong Learning College in The Villages in central Florida, an extension of The University of Florida, and then for the Care to Dance troupe of volunteers in Lakeland, Florida. Most recently, he has been a substitute teacher for grades K-12 in Polk County, Florida.

Buddy is a lifelong Thalassophile. His wanderlust triggered his move to Florida. In his semi-retirement, he cherishes playing music, watching sports, drawing and painting, performing magic, dancing of all genres, resolving issues for the law firm staff regarding software systems, and of course, spending time at ANY beach with his girlfriend, Debra, a prominent attorney. He also enjoys the company of his extended family, writing books, creating digital artwork, and learning about Artificial Intelligence and all kinds of new technologies and how they may help businesses succeed in the future.
